We set up AI to do the work your team repeats every week.

Invoicing, scheduling, data entry, reports. We find it in a two-week review, set the AI up on the software you already use, and keep it running.

Twenty minutes. We’ll tell you straight if there’s enough here to be worth doing.

All of this is done by hand.

Each box is a real task — invoices, scheduling, reports. Someone on your team does it over and over, every week.

We spend two weeks finding every one.

We watch how your business actually runs, and mark the tasks a computer could do instead.

Then the AI starts doing them.

One by one, the marked tasks move over to the AI. It works inside the same programs your team uses today.

Your team gets their week back.

The AI runs the repeating tasks from here. Your people handle the rest — the clients, the decisions, the real work.

Working in two weeksNot a roadmap. Something actually running
We maintain itWhen a portal changes, that’s our problem

Three things happen.

Copying between two programs. Chasing paperwork. The same report every week.

01

We find it. You don’t have to.

No workshop, no homework. We sit with your team and spot what gets repeated.

02

We automate the worst of it

On your systems, running on your real files, inside the two weeks.

03

We hand it over, then we look after it

A short session so your team can use it. The upkeep stays with us.

Different industries. Same busywork.

How it works.

Stage 01

Setup

Two weeks with your team. We map the work and build the first automations.

Stage 02

Build

The rest of the map, one process at a time.

Stage 03

Handover

A short session so your team can use what we built. No course, no homework.

Stage 04

We maintain it

Monitoring, repairs when something upstream changes, and the next automation when you’re ready.

Fair questions.

Do we need new software?

No. It operates the programs you already use, the same way your staff does. That's the point — it works on desktop software and supplier portals that other automation tools can't touch.

We’d rather not have an outsider seeing how we run.

Understood, and it’s the most common hesitation we hear. We sign an NDA before the first day on site. What we see inside your business stays there, we don’t use client names or examples in marketing without asking first, and we only need access to the specific things we’re automating — not your books, not your client list, not anything we don’t need.

Is it safe to give it our logins?

It gets its own scoped accounts, never an owner's password. Anything that sends money, sends a message, or leaves the business waits for a person to approve. Every action is logged.

How much of our time does this take?

A few hours across the two weeks. We're watching the work, not interviewing you about it — the whole point is learning how it actually runs rather than how it's meant to.

Will my team lose their jobs?

We automate the part of the day people hate — including for the people you hired to do it. They stop being a data-entry clerk and start handling the work that actually needs judgement. The same team carries more files, more clients, more jobs.

What if we stop working with you?

You own what we build and it keeps running, with the documentation to go with it. We’d be straight with you though: these things need looking after when a supplier redesigns a portal or a form gains a field. That upkeep is what the monthly is for, and it’s the part most people would rather not own.

You don't need to know what to automate. Almost nobody does — that's what we're for. Tell us who you are and we'll take it from there.

We reply the same day. We sign an NDA before we start if you want one, and we never use a client’s name without asking. No newsletter, no list.
