How Kassako Property Services collects, uses and protects personal information. Last updated 31 August 2026.
Who we are
Kassako Property Services provides building services across Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Kassako Property Services. You can reach us at info@kassako.com or (778) 504-4975.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, your timeline, and whatever you write in the message field.
If you become a client, we also hold the information needed to do the work and bill for it — site contacts, access arrangements, work orders, photographs of the work performed, and invoicing records.
Our website uses analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This collects technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring website, and device type. It does not identify you by name.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and perform work, coordinate access with residents, invoice you, meet our record-keeping and insurance obligations, and improve the website.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is needed to deliver the service: with our own staff, with a subcontractor performing part of the work, and with service providers who host our website, email, and accounting systems. Where the work involves a resident, we share only what is necessary to arrange access.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Photographs
We photograph work before and after completion as a record of what was done. These images are used for job documentation and shared with the client who commissioned the work. We do not publish photographs of a property, a suite, or a resident's belongings publicly without written permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Client records, job documentation and invoices are kept as long as needed for warranty, insurance, tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and withdraw consent to further contact. Write to info@kassako.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
This policy is written to reflect how we actually operate under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and federal privacy law. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by a lawyer before the site goes live.
