Occupancy & move-out cleans

Move-out cleaning that gets the suite re-rented.

Suites cleaned to a re-rent standard, not a residential one. Appliances out and done inside, bathrooms descaled properly, cabinet interiors, tracks, and vents. The clean that decides whether a showing converts.

Sequencing

Cleaning goes last, always.

Paint, patch, and repairs generate dust and marks. Cleaning a suite before those are finished means paying for it twice, and it is the most common reason a turnover slips a day.

Our crews carry their own machines, product, and consumables, so nothing runs off the building's supply. A second pass runs against the checklist before we leave, and the finished suite is photographed and filed by unit. That record is what settles deposit disputes later.

  • Turnover work finishes before the cleaners arrive
  • Machines, product, and consumables come with us
  • Detail pass against the checklist before we leave
  • Timestamped photos filed by unit
Types of clean

Not every unit needs the same visit.

We price by what the suite actually needs, so a lightly used unit is not charged as a recovery job.

FAQ

Cleaning questions

What is the difference between an occupancy clean and a regular clean?

A regular clean makes a lived-in home tidy. An occupancy clean assumes the next person has never been in the suite and will inspect it before signing. Appliances come out, insides get done, hard water and soap scum get taken off rather than wiped around, cabinet interiors and tracks get cleaned, and the unit is left smelling of nothing at all.

How long does a suite take?

A one-bedroom is typically a single day with a two-person crew. Larger suites, heavy grease, or long tenancies can run into a second day, and we tell you that at scope rather than at invoice.

Do you clean windows?

Interior glass and anything reachable from inside the suite or a balcony, yes. Exterior high-rise glass is a specialised trade and we will refer it rather than pretend otherwise.

Can you clean while the tenant is still moving out?

We can, but it costs more and photographs worse. If the schedule is genuinely tight we will do a same-day clean behind the movers, and we would rather have the suite empty for a few hours than not at all.

Do you supply your own equipment and product?

Yes, including vacuums, machines, and product. If your building requires specific products or has scent restrictions, tell us at onboarding and we will match them.
